Course Description: A powerful object-oriented language with cross-platform capabilities. This course introduces the Java language, beginning with the concepts of object orientation upon which it is founded. All of the main language features are covered, as are a range of the standard packages which provide additional functionality in Java, such as networking and user interface development.
